I was gonna pick Evol, Sister, and Daydream Nation :mannerism:
I feel like Daydream Nation, Goo, and Dirty would also be a fair choice. But yeah, Experimental Jet Set...

How about pick three albums by a band that doesn't have like 10 well known albums :baconator:

Too much room to contest a lot of these.

I'm going with FANTASMA, Point, and Sensuous by Cornelius. Yes he had a couple earlier obscure albums only released in Japan, but literally no one thinks they're better than those later three, which have really defined his career. And all three are heavyweight champions.

Slanted and Enchanted; Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain; Wowee Zowee (Three fairly different, yet excellent albums followed by a couple of pieces of shit)_

Isn't Anything, Loveless, mbv (Despite the time gap it seems as if these were all made within a few years of each other)

Bad Brains, Rock for Light, I Against I (Rock for Light isn't great but it definitely shows the progression between two of the greatest hardcore albums)

Unknown Pleasures, Closer, Movement (Movement would have been Joy Division's logical progression. With PC&L New Order established its own separate identity)

Summerteeth --> Yankee --> Ghost is a better one imo. Being There absolutely rules though.

I need to listen to Fantasma and Senuous--Point is one of my favorite albums.

Oh yeah, you must. Point is just slightly my least favorite of those three! I can't really choose between the other two.

Dirty Projectors' Rise Above, Bitte Orca and Swing Lo Magellan are an awesome trio of albums

edit: I'd also like to mention Extra Life's main three full-lenghts.. nothing short of amazing

there's also Shuttle358's discography which is one of the most consistently great ones I know of..
four albums, yeah, but the last / first three ones will never get old for me.
