You want to gain weight than gain it!!! Get to McDonalds son and get those 1 dollar McChicken.
I am vegetarian and would like to do it healthily in a way that builds muscle rather than fat.
In June i was doing good, i had a steady gain but I slacked off and lost all the weight again.

You shouldn't have to take pills. That's why there are cows and chickens.
there is no need to take vitamins when you eat correctly.
and yeah, the processed fake meats are shit, bar a select few. Most are Full of soy and unwanted hormones.
They are healthier in terms of fat content, however.

right. you just don't get enough protein so it is extremely hard for you to gain muscle and keep it on.
I was vegetarian for almost 2 years. I ate very healthy, and took all my vitamins. still ended up anemic and very unhealthy.
once I started eating meat again I was healthy
Well, i've been vegetarian for 3 years, and none of that is the case for me.
It's actually my metabolism, not my protein intake. I get plenty of protein via plant sources and dairy.
Even before I became vegetarian I was considered slightly underweight for my height.
The most fit i've ever been in my life was when I rock climbed regularly and ate primarily a raw diet.
I had never felt so good, I can't wait to start climbing again, there are too many biting insects at the crag this time of year!
