damn, just tried to log into my account and I got disabled for not logging in enough. what is seriously better than waffles, but waffles has this certain aura to it that embraces oink.me.uk, so I am more loyal to them.

still a shame I lost my account. getting on there is like winning the lottery to some people

I could use an invite to either waffles or what
Never had either
I have demonoid, but it's shite for music (great for programs and movies, tho)

On a somewhat-related note.

Do you guys think that what.cd and other similar private sites are at risk of being shut down by the government? Would they bust all of the users or just the admins? I assume the gov't knows these sites exist they just haven't found a way to bust them.

I've always wondered what share of the "illegal download market" sites like what.cd, wafffles,fm, luelinks, etc. have. I've used both waffles and what, and waffles definitely seems like a bigger community but I'm not sure how big it actually is (>10,000 users, >100,000 users, 1,000,000 ???).

i'm bad at keeping up my ratio, i've never been good at it, and it really is impossible to torrent on campus, but i log in now and then, and when i'm not on campus i get stuff i want, but the time i spend on seeding off campus is not sufficient to up my ratio. what is really nice tho, i don't like waffles. /not helpful

Incoming Free Leech

2012-04-24 08:17:06

Sometime toward the end of this week, a 24 hour free leech will commence. The purpose of this is to stress test everything while systems are monitored, so we can fine tune things to work with our available hardware. Since we are running with a configuration optimized to include two of our downed servers, breakage should be expected.

The start and end times will be added to this notice roughly 1 hour before it begins.

someone give me some crazy good recommendations of amazing unknown songwriters. Any style (although I probably have enough instrumental hiphop to last 6 lifetimes).

I forgot how competent this site is
I can guarantee the reason what is better is because they had better programmers off the bat
I'm still partial to waffles but this is just so much better

edit: huge thanks to ____ (don't know if you want me to mention your name and have ppl asking for invites) but I am in the process of uploading some rare stuff, waiting for that one release I have a 100% perfect flac and make all the audiophiles jizz their pants
