I usually don't follow much of the off season news, especially this year with the lockout and all. But this week has been crazy. 6-months worth of trading in one week.

A few interesting moves:

Albert Haynesworth to the Patriots
Hasslebeck to the Titans
Sidney Rice to Seahawks
McNabb to Vikings
Kevin Kobb (probably) to Cardinals
Reggie Bush to Dolphins

I think this will be an interesting season. I expect that the veteran players have been doing better at staying in shape during the lockout so teams with more experienced players will probably do better. I feel like the rookies will be pretty lost the first few games.

Kolb to Cardinals for Roger-Cromatie and a 2nd Round Draft Pick
five-year, $63 million contract with $20 million guaranteed

It'll be nice to see Fitzgerald have a good QB to play with but jeez this trade looks so one-sided for the Eagles.

Philly could be scary good this year and I hate Philly

haynesworth will do well at new england
I think he's learned his lesson

Ravens cut Mason, Heap, and Kelly Gregg the other day

don't know how to feel

I think it's the right decision but goddamn, tough to see guys like that just get cut like its nothing.

hopefully resign at least one of them.

Vince Young's been cut

there are a number of teams that would do well to sign him

Sidney Rice was a free agent and not part of the trade

Bears have yet to address any glaring needs, again

but at least they signed a lot of undrafted free agents

Now they just traded Greg Olsen, their best receiver, to the Panthers for a player not named Steve Smith or Jon Beason

jesus christ do they have any idea what they're doing?

Bears are now going after Roy 'Bumscrub' Williams like everyone thought they would

:enditall2:

He's like TO without the production

at least his only real good year was under Martz, maybe that should give me some hope

Yeah Roy Williams is garbage.

Ochocinco to the Pats.

Belicheck is crazy. I'd call any other coach an idiot for picking up him + haynesworth but with Bill you have to assume he knows what he's doing.
If it plays out how he wants the Pats could be stacked

Apparently Bears are also talking to Mike Sims-Walker, which would round their receiving corps out to be pretty decent

MSW, Roy Williams, Johnny Knox, and Earl Bennett as a group are probably a solid 2 bars in Madden

Too bad they still have no offensive line so it's not like any of those guys will be catching any passes
