I was introduced to Tomas Dvorak through the Independent point and click adventure game by amita design called Machinarium however even after I finished playing machinarium and have long since forgot about it, the soundtrack to the game has stayed with me. It has been in constant listening rotation since I first got it.

Don't let the fact that it is the soundtrack for a computer game mislead you. The Album was remixed and remastered and reorganized in a way that creates a very fluid and album-like experience. I am not usually a fan of electronic music it is often times too robotic or technical for me to enjoy. Tomas Dvorak avoids almost all electronic music cliches, his music comes off as very organic and fluid with rich living textures and incredibly well composed pieces.

I have uploaded The Machinarium soundtrack along with a song from the bonus EP, and his other album under his alias Floex, called Pocustone.

Hope you enjoy

yea behind the wall is great, it was included with the actual album but was part of the bonus EP. i packed that track in the download. And if there is anyone who really wants the other 4 tracks from the bonus ep i can upload that, although the other 4 tracks are not that great. Theres an odd little atari sounding song, a sped up version of clockwise operetta, a really lame dubstep song, and an ingame song from a robot band that just sounds like bad world music.

This is easily my favorite song on the soundtrack. Im working on a version right now for rock instrumentation. Drums, Rhodes, Two Guitars and a Bass.

I listened to the Machinarium soundtrack before playing the game.

Game is amazing. It belongs in the top ten awesomest adventure games of all time category, imo.

Soundtrack is even better...

I was never expecting a Tomas Dvorak mention. This is so awesome. I loved Machinarium. The soundtrack is absolutely sensational. Does your download contain By the Wall? Because I know that wasn't included on the actual album.

by the wall was digitally released on the ep.

but yes, the vinyl does contain by the wall and is missing radio prague or whatever that last track was.

but by the wall closes the first side of the record, so it divides the album differently than the digital copy.

also if you can try to track down the other songs on the game that werent released, some are pretty cool.
